Welcome to my students
I hope my students will continue to study English when they return to their home country.
here are some suggestions
THIS I BELIEVE at www.npr.org has interesting short stories with everything written on a page. A good practice for dictation and writing.
The dialogues at http://iteslj.org/links/ESL/Dialogs/ are clever.
www.FreeEnglishLessons.com is my web site.
Thanks for your time!

English Lessons to promote understanding
I'm a teacher at a school in Fort Lauderdale. The students are ages 11 to 14 and most do not know another language. They want to practice answering questions from other people from other countries. They have traveled to Canada or Bahamas and some of them come from Colombia or Venezuela, so most do not know the Middle East, Africa, Asia or Europe.
I'm looking for people who want to blog or communicate by email or voice over Yahoo Instant Messenger... let me know if you are interested. Steve McCrea English, Math and French teacher, globalcooling@comcast.net www.stevemccrea.com www.freeEnglishLessons.com www.mathForArtists.com and www.newFCAT.com (an effort to expand the FCAT testing program in Florida to include Multiple Intelligences and Emotional Quotient, as seen in www.6seconds.org.) Thanks!
I look forward to hearing from you.
